Minimally Invasive Autologous Bone Dowel Harvester
PercuGraft™ harvests intact cancellous bone — tissue made up of native bone-forming cells and a dense vascular network.
Progenitor cells that drive new bone formation.
Native bone-forming cells.
Red marrow elements.
Endothelial cells and sinusoidal vessels.

Engineered to cut cleanly through bone that swells inside the cannula after coring. The swaged profile ensures precise, uniform excision of the dowel with minimal tissue disruption.
Captures and contains the bone dowel as it is cut. The half-open distal end allows the intact core to be removed after harvest while keeping the dowel intact.
Measures the dowel before harvest, and afterward gently pushes the intact dowel out of the harvesting spoon.
Provides controlled mechanical advantage when freeing the dowel from the harvest site.
Cancellous autograft contains the three biologic properties that define an ideal bone graft.
The mineralized cortical and trabecular matrix provides a 3D framework that supports the ingrowth of new bone, blood vessels, and cells from the recipient site.
Native bone matrix proteins and growth factors (including BMPs resident in bone) help recruit and stimulate host cells to differentiate down an osteogenic pathway.
The trabecular marrow compartment carries viable osteoprogenitor cells, MSCs, and osteoblasts — the cellular components that distinguish autograft from allograft.
Because autologous graft is harvested from the patient themselves, it carries no risk of immune rejection and no risk of donor-transmitted disease.
Harvested from the patient’s own bone
